A coupon site is only useful if its codes actually work. This page explains the process behind every Temu coupon code for existing users published on Userpromo, so you can judge for yourself how much to trust the list.
1. Sourcing
Codes come from Temu’s official affiliate program and Temu’s own promotions. We do not scrape codes from other coupon sites, and we do not publish codes sent in by readers until they have been tested.
2. Testing on existing accounts
Every code is tested at checkout on an established Temu account with an order history, not a new one, because a code that only works on a first order is useless to the people this site is for. We check that the code is accepted, what it unlocks (a percentage discount, a coupon bundle or a free-gift promotion), and the minimum spend shown at checkout.
3. Monthly re-checks
The homepage list is re-tested every month and whenever Temu changes its promotions. The verification date shown at the top of the homepage indicates when the list was last checked. Between checks, reader reports trigger an immediate re-test.
4. Ordering
Codes are listed by how much they save, not by how much they pay us. The 50% code comes first, then the $100 bundle, the free-gift promotion and the 40% and 30% backups.
5. Removing dead codes
If a code stops working, is restricted to certain regions or is replaced by a better offer, we remove or update it rather than leaving it live. A code you find on this site should never be more than a month old in verification terms.
6. Your reports
If a code fails for you, tell us. Include the code, your country and the message you saw at checkout, and we will re-test it. Most failures turn out to be one of the causes on our troubleshooting list: the code was already used on the account, the basket was under the minimum, or the promotion is regional.
Limitations
Temu controls its promotions and can change them at any time. Codes can also behave differently depending on your country, device or account history, and Temu may restrict promotions on individual accounts. We cannot guarantee a specific result for every shopper, but we never knowingly list a dead code.
