1. About the Site
Userpromo publishes coupon codes, promo codes, deals and shopping guides for Temu. The Site is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Temu, PDD Holdings or any other merchant mentioned on the Site. All trademarks, product names and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
2. Coupons, codes and offers
We work to keep every code accurate and current, but offers are created and controlled by the merchant and can change or expire without notice. We do not guarantee that any coupon, discount, price or promotion will be available, valid or honoured. Minimum-spend requirements, regional restrictions, one-use-per-account limits and other conditions are set by the merchant. Always review the final price at the merchant’s checkout before completing a purchase.
3. Affiliate relationships
We take part in affiliate programs, including the Temu affiliate program. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains this in more detail.
4. Purchases are made with the merchant
All purchases are made directly from the merchant. We are not a party to any transaction and we are not responsible for order fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds, product quality or customer service. Please contact the merchant for any issue with an order.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; copy, scrape or republish our content without permission; interfere with the security or operation of the Site; introduce malware; or use automated tools to access the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, graphics and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to Userpromo and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

We may modify or discontinue the Site, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site’s owner is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction.
